Are the downloaded photos watermarked?
- No. Please note that the watermark does not appear on the final digital file. It is only used on the website.
What currency is the advertised price?
- Australian Dollars (AUD).
What payment methods are expected?
- A one-time payment via PayPal (no account required). Digital Download file(s) and the customer's receipt are automatically delivered via email with a secured link to download image(s).
Is GST/Tax included in the price?
- I am not currently registered for GST, so the amount you see is the final price, which will appear on the receipt of purchase. ABN: 776 263 190 90.
How do I get a refund?
- Please note that no refunds, credits, or transfers are available on Digital Product(s), unless the issue is caused by me (Robert Downer). In that specific case, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Who do I speak to if I am having ordering issues?
