FAQ's


Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Can I return or exchange my print?

  • Returns are unfortunately unavailable.


What if my package is damaged?

  • Damages in transit are very unlikely, but on the rare occasion that there is a problem with your print or product, be sure to send an email to info@robd.au within 3 days of delivery with an image of the package + your order number, and I'll organize a replacement for you asap (free of charge, of course).


What Payment Methods do you Accept?

  • Accepted payment methods are PayPal and store Gift Cards. Only one credit card may be applied per order, and your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using an issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed.
  • Paypal is a fully encrypted service, so do rest assured that your details are safe and secure. You don't need a PayPal account to use the service; you can use it as a guest.


Are you registered for GST?

  • I am currently not registered for GST/Tax. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay. ABN: 776 263 190 90.


Do I receive a Proof of Purchase?

  • You will receive your receipt of purchase via the provided email.
